Investigate
So much of solving sleep issues is about understanding why they are there in the first place. Context is crucial in us working together. Through in-depth conversations with you, we will investigate routine, temperament, environment and any other underlying issues that may be preventing your little one from being a happy little sleeper.
Collaborate
We are in this journey together and I am here to guide you every step of the way. If something isn't working for you and your little one, we can adjust it as we go along, ensuring you are on the correct path for sleep success.
Individualise
Every child and sleep journey is different. We work with you to develop a customised sleep plan that fits your family's needs, goals. and preferred parenting style. Many of our consultations include follow-up support to ensure your child's sleep success.

Inform
The science of sleep is complex and there are many factors to consider in forming healthy sleep habits. Sleep is medicine and good sleep allows for repairing, replenishing, growing and developing. My aim is to ensure families are confidently equipped with the necessary knowledge and techniques to support their child's sleep development at every stage.
Support
We have so many options and they are all fully responsive to your child's needs. Throughout the process, aims, suggestions and adjustments are considered and agreed together.
