60 minute call to summarise what you can do as a new parent to begin shaping your little one's sleep in those early days. Pointers are also given towards what other factors to look out for if your baby is struggling with sleep.

Suitable from 4 months - 5 years, with no underlying health conditions. An in depth consultation followed by a comprehensive plan to implement.

Full Moon Sleep Package
Perfect for 3 months - 5 years

The most popular package. Ideal for parents looking for more of an individualised and hand-holding approach to addressing their little one's needs. Also great for those little ones who appear to be more unsettled, potentially due to difficulties such as, reflux.

Full Moon At Home Package
4 months- 5 years
£399 + £50 if attending over bedtime routine
Ideal for parents who would prefer an in person 1:1 consulation in their own home or via a live Video call during bedtime. This can help with your confidence and implementation of suggestions made.
Great for those little ones who appear to be more unsettled, potentially due to difficulties, such as reflux.
Includes:
- 2 hour in depth consultation in your own home*
-An emailed copy of consultation notes, including a personalised sleep plan to suit you, your parenting style and goals.
-Detailed documentation of chosen sleep coaching method and routine.
- 4 weeks of email or Whatsapp support**

Returner Troubleshooter

This is suitable for previous clients who would like a little more support. Perhaps your little one has experienced a sleep regression after illness, or you would like help transitioning your toddler into a cot?
Whatever it is that you need support with, you can book in a troubleshooting call.
These are 45 minute consultation calls with emailed recommendations.
